Family Houston’s Employment Services program offers intensive, one-on-one, customized support to help individuals develop career goals, create plans for achieving career goals, connect with employers and advance in their careers.

Our services are comprehensive and unique. We assist with everything from resume preparation and job search skills to on-the-job conflict resolution. Our ultimate goal is to meet each client’s current needs while providing them with tools and support to achieve long-term financial stability. Family Houston offers individualized, one-on-one services by appointment, tailoring our assistance to the client’s needs. Outside of appointments, clients can contact our employment specialists in locations throughout greater Houston any time via phone or e-mail.

VETERAN SERVICES

Family Houston provides financial assistance, case management, counseling and other supportive services to veterans and their families.

YOUNG ADULTS ON THE MOVE

For many Houston-area youth who are out of school, making the transition from age 15 to 24 into adulthood can be very difficult. Family Houston’s Young Adults on the Move program is designed to support and facilitate young adults’ transition to greater self-sufficiency.
